Should the candidate remain in good standing, receive a C or better in all of their 400 level education courses, receive a C or better in all of their content area courses, and maintain a minimum of 3.0 GPA, the scholarship will be automatically renewed for a second 12-month period. If the candidate remains in good standing, the scholarship will be renewed for a third year for the candidate to complete a dual major in mathematics or science and secondary education. If a candidate is not in good standing, the candidate will have the opportunity to reapply the following year for the scholarship if they regain good standing.

The grant will fund scholars beginning in the 2021-2022 academic year. Students that are juniors (at least 60 credit hours earned) in that academic year are encouraged to apply. Contact Dr. Stephen Bismarck (sbismarck@qx9892.com) for further details.
